A Bowie Fan

I am a big fan of lots of different types of music but out of all the singers that I like my favourite has to be David Bowie. He has always been renowned for being ahead of everyone else and he has created so many different types of music. He is one of rock music’s great innovators.
Since David Bowie has created so many albums in such a wide variety of genres, it is difficult to say which are his best ones. He has dabbled in all manner of musical styles such as Glam Rock, Ambient, Drum and Bass, Folk and even Goth. There is no-one else quite like David Bowie and there probably never will be. Each record that he releases is a new chapter in his career. You never know what to expect from him.
I suppose that my personal favourites would have to include ‘Diamond Dogs’, ‘Low’, ‘Aladdin Sane’ and, of course, ‘Ziggy Stardust’. If you were to ask me about individual tracks then I would have to include ‘We are the dead’, ‘Hang on to yourself’ and ‘Subterraneans’.
In my mind, David Bowie is a true artist and one of our greatest songwriters. There are a lot of very clever musicians out there, but no-one with the same amount of imagination.
